Erinn Carter

Erinn has experience in many fields, and she brings her wealth of knowledge to coaching clients who are facing transition, and need help feeling confident. She did her training to become an Interpersonal Dynamics (IPD) Facilitator at Yale University, and uses Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as Motivational Interviewing in her coaching practice. She is also a member of International Coaching Foundation (ICF). She received her BA from Whittier College, and is currently working on her PhD at Howard University in Education Leadership.

She co-founded Frailty Myths, an organization that has empowered hundreds of participants through hands-on skill building. She has worked in progressive politics with a focus on systemic inequality. Her work has encompassed everything from the theory of political science through her PhD work at UCLA which specialized in Race and Ethnicity in the American political context, to her real life political experience, including work with labor unions including SEIU and Unite HERE, along with community organizations across the United States. At the heart of everything that Erinn does is a deep desire to be of service and help others. Through a variety of mediums, including speeches, documentary film, and articles, her work has continued to challenge old power dynamics and foster new leadership and new perspectives. She brings a heart-centered approach to coaching, and will help you to access your inner wisdom, passion, and drive.
